This 45-minute consultation is the first step toward building a stronger, more confident, and more intentional version of yourself.

During our call, we’ll go over your goals, training history, lifestyle, and current challenges so I can understand exactly what your body needs to progress effectively. Whether your focus is building muscle, improving strength, enhancing body composition, or creating a healthier relationship with movement, this session will give you clarity and direction.

You’ll leave with a clear understanding of your next steps and how a personalized training plan can support your goals.

I specialize in online hypertrophy and strength coaching, but if you have access to a private or personal gym and are local, I am also open to in-person training sessions when appropriate.

This is about finding the coaching style that best supports you — whether that’s fully online, hybrid, or in-person.

This plan gives you a personalized training program built around your goals, schedule, and equipment access. You’ll receive monthly programming updates and consistent support to help you build momentum without overwhelm. I am more than open to talking about anything going on in your life that is affecting your nervous system so we can improve your overall mental and physical well being.

You’ll also learn foundational movement patterns, improve consistency, and begin building a stronger connection between breath, body, and effort.

Best for: self-motivated clients who want guidance without heavy oversight.

A fully personalized coaching experience that blends strength training, hypertrophy, and nervous system-informed movement.

Your programming evolves with you—based on progress, recovery, stress levels, and real-time feedback. We refine not just your workouts, but how you train, recover, and regulate your system.

Includes weekly check-ins, ongoing adjustments, and direct coaching support to keep you progressing without burnout. We will be discussing anything you’re holding emotionally- to then release it through physical movement. Mental health first is critical and my work has an emphasis on that.

This is where strength training becomes sustainable, intentional, and deeply embodied.

Best for: clients ready for consistent transformation and deeper coaching support.

Each session is structured around your goals—whether that’s building muscle, improving form, or reconnecting with your body through guided training. You’ll receive real-time feedback, coaching cues, and hands-on progression work.

About Me

I’ve been passionate about fitness and mental health for as long as I can remember.

I grew up figure skating competitively for 15 years, and through that experience I learned something I still carry into everything I do today—the real power of performance comes from the mind. From self-belief. From how you feel in your body.

I always performed best when I felt best. And over time, I came to understand that feeling is the foundation—everything else follows from it.

During those years, I also struggled with depression and what I now understand as a dysregulated nervous system. I didn’t have the language for it at the time, but skating became my outlet. It was my meditation. It helped me get out of my head and into my body—where I could release, regulate, and feel grounded again.

When I stopped skating in college, I lost that outlet. I needed something to replace it—something that could help me regulate and reconnect with myself—but figure skating wasn’t easily accessible in South Carolina.

That’s when I found weightlifting in 2019.

It changed my life.

What started as a replacement became a lifeline. It gave me structure, strength, and a way to reconnect with my body in a completely new way. I’ve been lifting ever since.

Over time, I realized I didn’t just want to train—I wanted to understand what training was actually doing for people beyond the physical results.

That’s what led me to nervous system–informed coaching.

Now, I combine strength training with nervous system awareness and somatic understanding to help people build stronger bodies while also feeling more regulated, connected, and at home in themselves.

Because I know firsthand that training isn’t just about aesthetics or performance.

It’s about how you feel in your body—and how that feeling changes everything.

My work is about helping you build strength that supports your life, not overwhelms it.

I am ISSA Personal Training Certified & ISSA Nutrition Certified. I also have a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Carolina.
